What is the production time at the moment?
Production time for custom orders is currently 2-3 weeks. If for any reason your order takes longer than this period you will be notified with updates and replacement options if delays are due to stock issues. If you ever need an order by a certain date, please email us before ordering!
What’s the difference in the sweatpants styles?
The Sara sweats have a hidden drawstring waist, and they do not feature pockets. The Frankie sweats have pockets, and no drawstring waist, it appears more cinched. The Frankie’s are a more fitted, lighter jogger. The Avery sweats have a shown drawstring waist, and pockets. The Avery’s are an oversized 90’s style sweatpant. The price differences in the sweatpants is due to the range of features and quality. This is reflected in individual sweatpants pricing, and sets pricing.
What color butterflies can I choose from?
The options below can be put on any garment in either the regular or mini size.
How do I care for my DyeJob?
Take these steps to ensure your DyeJob stays beautiful for as long as possible!
When washing your items for the first time, wash separately on cold. Then air dry to ensure no shrinking.
After your first wash, you can wash with your regular loads still on cold and continue to air dye to prevent shrinkage and pilling.

How do I know what size I am?

Can I combine colors for my DyeJob?
We want each and every DyeJob order to make all your tiedye dreams come true. So YES! When ordering a custom set, please be as specific as possible when filling out your color selection in the DyeJob lab. This will help us make sure we bring your vision to life.
Can I return my Dyejob?
All custom and premade items are final sale and non-returnable. If your order is received damaged or not what you expected, please contact us as our priority is to satisfy all of our customers.
Do you offer contactless pickup?
Yes! To ensure safety to the DyeJob team and our customers, contactless pickup is always available. Please select pickup when checking out and you will be sent instructions following your checkout. Contactless pickup is FREE and the pickup location is located in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Please contact us with any questions regarding contactless pickup.
