Get To Know Our Creator
Hi! My name is Kate Goldinger. I’m a 20 year old college student who loves to create. I created DyeJob in March of 2020 when the coronavirus outbreak began to devastate our world. While trying to find something to occupy myself and keep me busy, I also wanted to bring color into our dark world at the time. DyeJob was a passion project that has turned into nothing shy of a dream. The relationships I have built with my customers and followers, and the pure joy running this business has brought me, has changed my life forever. Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and most importantly supporting me as I continue to learn and grow from this journey. Your business means the world to me and I promise you I’ll make sure DyeJob never get’s boring.
xx, Kate There’s so many butterflies everywhere, but why?
As some of you may have noticed, I have embedded the symbolism of butterflies into my brand in honor of my little brother Josh who passed away tragically in 2017. I spend every day honoring him and doing all I can to make him proud. Butterflies have always connected me to him, which is why I incorporate them in my personal life and business that I share with all of you.
It has been so incredible as I’ve gotten to connect with so many of you across the world over the symbolism of the butterfly. After Josh’s passing I got a “J” tattooed on my wrist to always have his memory close to me and to serve as a reminder that he is with me every day.
Josh’s Butterfly Service
I decided to create Josh’s Butterfly Service to give those of you who have lost love ones the opportunity to feel closer to those who have passed while wearing your DyeJob.
The service will be $5 and all the proceeds will go toward my brother’s foundation @joshssquadhouse . The butterfly will be placed on the inside of the wrist on the cuff of the garment to be close to you at all times. This could be a special addition for yourself or for a friend to remind you or someone else that your loved ones never completely disappear and are always with you. This butterfly can be done in any color that’s resonated with you or whoever is receiving the item.
Butterflies can still be put on items without the service, they will just be placed on the top of the wrist rather than underneath
